This policy explains what RoleBreeze collects and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and sign-in method.
• Workspace content: resumes, saved jobs, applications, contacts, notes and drafts you add.
• Billing details: your plan and payment status. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Usage: counts of AI requests and interview minutes, and basic technical logs to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To run your workspace, search postings and generate the drafts you request.
• To process payments, apply your plan allowances and send service emails such as receipts.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help run RoleBreeze: hosting and database, payment processing, and AI model providers that process text you send for drafting. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Contacts you add

If you save recruiter or hiring contacts, they stay private to your workspace. Use them responsibly.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time; billing records may be kept as required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can view, edit or export your workspace, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Security

Your workspace is private to your account and protected by sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

RoleBreeze is not meant for anyone under 16.
