Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RoleBreeze. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. The service

RoleBreeze helps you find job postings, organize applications, build resumes and cover letters, draft messages and practice interviews. RoleBreeze never submits applications or sends messages for you; you review and send everything yourself.

2. AI-generated content

AI suggestions, match percentages and interview feedback are guidance and drafts, not hiring predictions or professional advice. You are responsible for checking that anything you send or submit is accurate and truthful.

3. Job listings and outside sites

Postings, reviews and apply links come from third-party sites. We do not control or guarantee them, and your use of those sites follows their own terms.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate sign-up details.
• Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the service, scrape it, resell it or use it to create false credentials.

5. Plans and payments

• Weekly Sprint — $6.99 one-time for 7 days of access. It does not renew; buying again adds 7 more days.
• Monthly Starter — $14.99/month and Monthly Pro — $24.99/month. These renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Cancelling a monthly plan stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Switching between Starter and Pro takes effect immediately with a prorated charge or credit.
• Each plan includes usage allowances (AI writing requests and interview voice minutes) shown on the Plans page.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You own the resumes, notes and other content you add. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you.

7. Ending service

You may stop using RoleBreeze at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

RoleBreeze is provided "as is." We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
